The Story
020915: When I woke up the next morning, I realised he parked next to a corn field with several other cars too. One can't just park anywhere in Europe. There are designated spots. We left the stop at 745am. It was actually an hour before Hamburg. Prof Sweet Tooth has excellent stamina and could continue driving.

We
stopped at a random small village in Germany because I liked how the
house was filled with plants. There was a beautiful display of art
opposite the house and it was selling for about EUR350 a piece.

Since
we were in Germany, I insisted that we stop somewhere to look for local
food. But we only found some street vendors and they were almost
closing by noon. We bought a piece of fried fish fillet for EUR3.80. If I
don't convert, it is affordable.

The
next stop was in Tongeren, Belgium. Prof Sweet Tooth needed a walk and
he stopped for a bit. We saw a nice stretch of stone wall. A Cathedral
that was under construction. A beautiful sculpture overlooking the
Cathedral.

In
our agreed itinerary, we were supposed to reach Paris tonight as I had booked 2 nights' stay in Bois de Boulogne,
Paris. But we had to forfeit tonight because it was too tiring to continue driving. So, we
stopped at an open field in Vivieres, France, just an hour away from
Paris town.

Oh, didn't we crossed the southern tail of Holland, and picked up a yummy "boer-bread"? Ok, it was mostly me eating it, I know... ;-)
Yeah we did.. but I did not have any photos of that. It's good you still remember the name of the bread. :)
