Bali : Part 7 - Sand and the Sea

It is a fantastic feeling waking up in an island, surrounded by clear blue water.

We had breakfast and saw a boy climbing up a coconut tree to pluck coconuts. How agile!

Next up, snorkelling! Apparently, snorkelling is one of the main tourism activities. And also diving. We paid USD46 per person for a tour of complete Gilis exploration (3 islands in 1 day).

Our glass bottom boats. So, if you decide not to snorkel, just look at the glass at the bottom of the boat.

Ta-da! Big fish. :-) Actually, the man was wiping the glass so that one can see the corals clearly.

Look at the 'refugees' swimming back towards the boat.

For lunch, we stopped at Gili Air.

After our long day out, it was time to head back to the main island, and back to our hotel. This is how our room look like.

That night, it was dinner at Bale Cafe.

Our well deserved meal after our successful accomplishment in both land and sea.
