I love travelling.

Everyone does. Maybe not everyone, but a majority does.

I was inspired to travel by my friend. She showed me her photos and I keep telling myself that one day, I will be in that photo too. I envy her photos she showed me. Each day, I wondered when will I ever get there.

That was how I initiated my budget travels.

I did not participate in any luxurious travels. The fun of my travels was during the preparations. I researched, read and asked. It was fun reading all the materials online, deciding how can I enjoy my travels on a shoestring. When I started my shoestring travel, I realised this is the sort of travel I want to go for, where I get to experience life with the locals, make ad-hoc decisions in that trip, and best of all, make new friends in each new place I stepped into.

I am a budget traveller, but my memories and experience are way over my budget - favourably.
