Short hike at Broga Hill

Ever since my initial major hike to Mulu, Sarawak, I got involved in many hikes and treks, be it easy or tough. It was more of a matter of accomplishment to go to as many places as possible, and see new places.

On 15.11.2009, my friend brought me to Broga Hill. Located in Semenyih, Kuala Lumpur, this is one of the easier hikes. Well, for me, no hikes are easy until I see them with my own eyes. My friend calls this the 'kitty cat' hike i.e. very easy. People usually hike pretty early to see a good view of the sunrise, but that day, I went there to get a suntan instead. Haha!

The entrance was from the oil palm plantation. As you can see from the photos, there are no trees, and hence, it gets hot very quickly.

Jumping along the long long grass. Not so cooling breeze but I like the way the long long grass sway with the wind.

It is a nice place to go to. I would definitely want to go again to see the sunrise.
